Conditions:

1. Hunting without a guide or tracker prohibited.
2. No hunting from out vehicles allowed.
3. A non-hunting person carrying a fire-arm in the field will be liable for the total hunting
tariff cost for the duration of his stay.
4. Hunting is only allowed from dawn to dusk. Thereafter no hunting will be permitted,
except with permission of owner or farm manager.
5. Do not litter on campsite or throw cigarette buds around.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the field.
7. No alcohol may be given to the personnel.
8. No alcohol-usage during hunting permitted. Any hunter under the influence of alcohol
will not be permitted in the field.
9. Fire-arms smaller than .243mm or 6mm is not allowed, but can be discussed with the
manager for special arrangements.
10. All animals shot, wounded or lost will be paid for in full.
11. If the hunter of a wounded animal is unknown, then the group will be responsible to pay.
12. All weapons must be unloaded whilst in the camp or on vehicles.
13. Any damage to property will be added to the hunter’s account.
14. Weapons will be adjusted at the shooting range. This is compulsory.
15. You are responsible for the specie, size and sex of the game you want to hunt. The
guide has no responsibility towards you in case game shot by mistake. No discount will
be given.
16. All the kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and furniture must stay in the lodges. A
survey will be done on arrival as well as on departure. The hunters will be held
responsible for all items lost or damaged.
17. Entrance and staying at the owners Private Farm House is prohibited.
18. No hunting on Sundays allowed.
19. Hunting license is essential.

In profound acknowledgement to the Almighty, Creator of all life and with sincere appreciation
for the universe in the sublime totality thereof, I hereby pledge myself as a hunter to:

• obey all written and unwritten hunting regulations and practices, and to take nothing
  from nature which I am not entitled to;
• hunt with compassion and to utilise from nature with utmost discretion;
• actively conserve and promote with love and respect, fauna and flora, soil and water and
  the life it represents;
• employ my firearms with skill and consideration, and with understanding for the value of
  life; and
• to hunt with humility, to respect my fellow hunter and to enhance the sport of hunting.
